A Recording is above all the fruit of a passion, a passion for music, a passion for artistic expression.
But when you want to move from the project to a concrete result, it causes more or less significant expenses depending on the size of the project.
Our advice is that you consider these expenses as an investment that will generate a profit in the short to medium term.
Small example for a standard Album:
- Studio fees: 3000 Euro (recording, mixing, mastering)
- Duplication Fee for 1000 Albums: 2500 Euro (SABAM + CD's Pressing + Cover)
- Design fee (graphic designer): 500 Euro
- Miscellaneous expenses (Musicians, food, ...): 500 Euro
Total: 6500 Euro
- If I sell my Albums 15 Euro (average price),
- the album is profitable after the sale of 450 CDs!
- After the sale of 1000 CD's, I will have made a profit of more than 8000 Euro !!
Expenses: 6,500 Euro Income: 15,000 Euro
BUNDLE CONDITIONS
Rec demo pack
* This pack is for you if you want to get an idea of what your album might look like. The idea is to record at the same time, all the instruments and all the voices, like a LIVE take, to mix and master it in order to have a quality model which will allow the promotion of your group.
** This pack includes the sound recording and the mix of 4 chanters, 1 Drums, 1 Percussion, 1 Bass, 1 Electric Guitar, 1 Acoustic Guitar, 1 Piano Maximum. For any additional instrument (in number), we will charge you an additional 25 Euro incl. Tax per instrument and per title.
*** Max 3 takes per title for group recording together (vocals and instruments).
If you exceed the number of takes or your voice needs to be adjusted, or the drums badly reset, a supplement of 65 € / hour including tax will be charged.
In short, if you are well prepared, you will not pay extra.
In addition to this, you will need to know more about it.
Voice Rec Pack
* 4 Max takes per title for recording the Lead voice, 3 Max takes for the Back vocals, 2 Max takes for the 'Effect' voices.
If you exceed the number of takes or your voice needs to be adjusted, or readjusted intensely, a supplement of 55 € / hour including tax will be billed to you.
In short, if you are well prepared, you will not pay extra.
Pro Voice Rec Pack
* 4 Max takes per title for recording the Lead voice, 3 Max takes for the Back vocals, 2 Max takes for the 'Effect' voices.
If you exceed the number of takes or your voice needs to be adjusted, or readjusted intensely, a supplement of 55 € / hour including tax will be billed to you.
In short, if you are well prepared, you will not pay extra.
Rec Album Pack
* This pack includes the sound recording and the mix of 4 Chanters, 1 Drum, 1 Percussion, 1 Bass, 1 Electric Guitar, 1 Acoustic Guitar, 1 Piano, 1 Maximum Synth. For any additional instrument (in number), we will charge you a supplement of 50 Euro incl. Tax per instrument and per title.
** Max 4 takes per title for recording each element (voice or instrument)
If you exceed the number of takes or your voice needs to be adjusted, or the drums badly reset, a supplement of 50 € / hour including tax will be charged.
In short, if you are well prepared, you will not pay extra.
*** This pack also includes a pitch adjustment of the voice up to 30 minutes per voice and per Album (3 minutes per title)

Live concert recording pack

As for the rights, we will sign the arrangement rights of 10% (1/12) and take 30% (20% for the standard pack) (3/12) in composition rights
Pro Pack: Same as the standard pack, but with, in addition, a professional singer for the backs, 12 instruments, and the recording of the lead voice (10 takes max) and recording of the back voice ..., we will take 15 % (2/12) in composition rights
What are rights? For public performance rights the distribution key is expressed in fractions and for mechanical reproduction rights the key is expressed in percentages. It is SABAM which manages these rights.
What are the arrangement rights: Part given to the person who has performed modifications to the music of a work. the arranger is the person who supplements or modifies the music in such a way that his creative contribution gives the work personal characteristics.
What are composition rights: right given to the person who wrote / composed / created the music.
INTERNAL REGULATIONS
Internal rules: (must be read)
-The final or partial registration is delivered by hand after payment of the entire invoice.
-Any destruction of equipment will be invoiced and added to the final invoice according to the price of the new equipment.
Since we are in the basement of a church, we have to follow some additional rules
-It is strictly forbidden to smoke or drink alcohol or consume illicit substances inside the building.
-The texts of the songs cannot contain lyrics against, or insulting God, with a sexual connotation, or likely to be censored on the national secular waves.
By signing this document, the signatory undertakes, he and all accompanying persons, to respect the conditions mentioned above, failing which his registration will be considered null and void and a fine of one thousand Euro will be added to the invoice of days already worked.
